Who I Am
My name is Julián Moraleda.
My path has not been linear, and I’m proud of that.
I began my career as a teacher, working with high school students in Spain for six years. Teaching sharpened my ability to break down complex ideas and make them relatable and accessible. Later, as a marketer and writer, I helped organizations tell their stories with clarity and authenticity. Today, I serve as Head of Training, Development, and Recruitment at Camalig Bank, where I bring my diverse experiences and work towards empowering people, fostering a culture, and shaping the future of work.
